STEP 1: Please carefully review the following items:
We ask all therapists in the GCC Network to review the Terms of Participation and affirm the IHRA definition of antisemitism, reflecting our shared commitment to recognizing and addressing antisemitism in all its forms.
In Step 3, you will be asked to confirm you have read these forms.
STEP 2: Gather a few documents
In advance of step 3, be sure to gather a few pieces of information that we'll use to best match you to clients. Here's what we'll need for Step 3:

Name, Title, Image (Jpeg), professional bio

Contact information: phone, email, website, and social media information (optional)

State Licensing and Licensing Number(s), are you PSYPACT?

Liability Insurance name, policy number, and copy of the policy (PDF)

Therapeutic Approaches

Populations Served (ex: Acute Stress, OCD, Addiction, Couples, etc...)

Insurance Plans you accept (if any)

Lowest fee you can accept for client who needs sliding scale
