Over time, constant stress without space to reset can take a real toll. And a lot of people don’t realize what they’re feeling is burnout until they’re already deep in it.


The goal isn’t to “power through” harder. It’s to start listening.

Small shifts matter, taking real breaks, protecting your time, and letting yourself talk things out instead of carrying it alone.


Remember:

  • take real breaks, not just distractions

  • set boundaries around your time and energy

  • talk to someone you trust or a therapist
