Take the mental reset challenge

Small, intentional habits can have a meaningful impact on mental health and nervous system regulation.

Research continues to show that brief daily practices, like taking a break from screens, walking without distractions, setting healthy boundaries, and creating time for reflection, can help reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and lower feelings of overwhelm.
When the brain and body remain in a constant state of stimulation, stress can build quietly over time. Giving yourself even a few moments each day to slow down, reset, and reconnect can support both emotional and physical wellbeing.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, try incorporating one small mental reset into your daily routine. Consistency matters more than perfection. 💙
