When Everything Feels Heavy, Shift Your State

When everything feels heavy, the goal isn’t to fix everything at once, it’s to shift your state, even a little. Here’s what some of our kids are doing:


Start simple:


Here's a few simple steps to get started:

Take a walk, step outside, get some sunlight.

Drink water, eat something nourishing.

Move your body, even for a few minutes.

Put your phone down and give your mind a break.

Reach out to someone you trust and don’t keep it in.



Just Small Steps


You don’t need a full reset to feel better, just a small step in the right direction.


And if you’ve been feeling this way for a while, it might be more than just a rough day.
