Join us for our fourth introductory training cohort on Treating Antisemitism-Related Stress & Trauma in Emerging Adulthood. This live 90-minute session is designed for mental health professionals, educators, and community leaders seeking to better understand and address the psychological impact of antisemitism on young adults (ages 18–29).

I recently traveled to Israel—on the very last flight before war with Iran officially broke out. I went as part of a “Trauma Mission” organized by the American Jewish Medical Association. As a Jewish psychologist still grappling with the trauma of October 7, I felt deeply called to go—not only to help others heal, but to begin healing myself.

On the heels of the murders of Sarah Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky last week in DC there was another attack on the Run for Their Lives community, a grassroots movement where people have a weekly run / walk to raise awareness for the 58 hostages still in Gaza.

Jessica and I began the week with pride and celebration, marching up 5th Avenue with Kesher Shalom Project and the AJMA. We sang, danced, and embraced the strength and spirit of our Jewish identity.
